对光伏电池模型进行了深入的分析与研究,并在此基础上建立了数学模型。从而将数学模型、最大功率跟踪（MPPT）技术与S函数融合为一体从新搭建了一种新型光伏电池模型。通过该模型与传统光伏电池模型MATLAB仿真对比,充分体现了该模型优势。仿真结果表明,搭建的仿真模型能够使光电池阵列输出更加稳定,有助于光伏发电系统的仿真研究[1]。The model of photovoltaic cell is analyzed and researched deeply, and the mathematical model is established on this basis. Which integrates the mathematical model, the maximum power tracking (MPPT) technology and the S function into a new type of photovoltaic cell model. Through this model and traditional photovoltaic cell model MATLAB simulation contrast, fully embodies the advantages of the model. The simulation results show that the simulation model can make the output of the photovoltaic array more stable and contribute to the simulation of the photovoltaic power generation system [1].
