针对航班延误问题,通过谱系聚类的方法对20所机场进行分类,分析中国航班延误的原因,得出飞机在终端区的排序问题是制约空中流量控制的一个重要因素,在已有的FCFS(先到先服务)的排序方法之上,通过多因素的比较,建立模糊综合评价指标,利用模糊综合评价和层次分析相结合的方法对已有的FCFS排序方法进行改进.通过对航班预计到达时间、航班飞行速度及飞行性质3个因素,利用Matlab编程对10架航班进行仿真处理,对终端区航班进行重新排序,验证了模型的有效性. In order to solve the problem of flight delays in China, the classification of aircraft in the terminal area is an important factor restricting the control of air flow. In the existing FCFS (FCFS) First-come-first-served basis), the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation index is established by the comparison of multiple factors, and the existing FCFS sorting method is improved by the combination of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analytic hierarchy process.Through the arrival time of flight , Flight speed and flight nature of the flight, the use of Matlab programming on 10 flights for simulation processing, the terminal area flights to re-order to verify the effectiveness of the model.
