本文对电弧的产生机理进行了分析,提出了一种采用MOSFET开关器件的消弧装置。该装置通过在每一方的开关触点连接一个二极管桥的中点,启动电流脉冲通过并联二极管的桥为短路开关提供一个短暂的接近于零的电压,防止电弧电压发生突变,达到抑制电弧的目的。利用Matlab/Simulink工具,构建智能开关设备的仿真模型并进行了消弧仿真验证。结果表明,本文提出消弧装置具有较好的抑制电弧的能力。 In this paper, the mechanism of arc generation is analyzed, and an arc extinguishing device using MOSFET switching device is proposed. The device is connected to the center of a diode bridge by connecting the diodes at each side of the switch contacts to start the current pulse through the parallel diode bridge for the short circuit switch to provide a transient voltage close to zero to prevent the arc voltage from mutating to achieve the purpose of suppressing the arc The Using Matlab / Simulink tool, the simulation model of intelligent switchgear is constructed and simulated by arc suppression. The results show that the arc suppression device has a good ability to suppress the arc.
