陶瓷材料具有非常优异的特性，但其断裂韧性异常低，由于其特殊的生产工艺，批量生产质量不易控制，因此对陶瓷瓶缺陷检测的研究具有重要意义。目前，企业对陶瓷瓶内壁缺陷检测水平仍处于肉眼观察的水准，检测效率极低，劳动强度大，产品质量无法控制等多因素，会出现较高的错失率。数字图像处理技术和Matlab软件用于研究可以检测陶瓷瓶裂纹的仿真系统，可以使用一些数字图像处理方法来快速准确地确定目标图像是否是裂纹图像。Ceramic material has very excellent characteristics, but its fracture toughness is very low, because of its special production process, mass production quality is not easy to control, so the ceramic bottle defect detection research is of great significance. At present, the enterprise on the inner wall of the ceramic bottle defect detection level is still in the naked eye observation level, detection efficiency is very low, labor intensity, product quality can not control and other factors, there will be a higher rate of missed. Digital image processing technology and Matlab software are used to study the simulation system which can detect the crack of ceramic bottle. Some digital image processing methods can be used to quickly and accurately determine whether the target image is a crack image.
